Last updated: 1 June 2026

Using CupBearer

CupBearer is an app published by TortieByte. You can use it without creating an account. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping your device and store account secure.

App content

CupBearer aims to provide useful app content and functionality, but content can contain mistakes or regional differences. Do not rely on CupBearer as professional translation, legal, medical, financial, immigration, safety, or other professional advice.

Feedback license

When you submit feedback or a suggested correction, you allow CupBearer to review, edit, store, and use that feedback to improve the app and future app content.

Fair use

Do not misuse feedback forms, attempt to disrupt the app, reverse engineer paid access, or submit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.

Changes

CupBearer may change features, content, prices, ad behavior, or these terms over time. Store purchase changes follow Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

Purchases

CupBearer may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other paid options. The one-time purchase is not a subscription unless the store screen clearly says otherwise.

Store processing

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play account. CupBearer does not receive your full payment card details.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account before renewal. CupBearer cannot cancel a subscription inside your store account for you.

One-time purchases

One-time purchases can be restored through the store account that made the purchase, subject to Apple or Google store rules.

Restore

Use Restore purchase in Settings, where available, to check your Apple or Google account for an existing CupBearer entitlement.
